Kimmaree Thompson’s businesses have been distributing and deploying software products into enterprise size businesses for two decades. Kimmaree’s change management approach is informed by the science of positive psychology with project deployment programs focused on a strengths-based approach.
Kimmaree Thompson has eHealth deployment experience working with hospitals and enterprise size Health organisations. Kimmaree’s experience includes a a role as Senior Advisor role with the NSW Clinical Excellence Commission for the Statewide deployment of a new Incident Management System (IMS).
IMS was an eHealth Department and Clinical Excellence Commission joint project for Statewide deployment into all Hospitals and Health Services. Kimmaree’s role included change management and design of a Statewide training program and training deployment schedule for over 120,000 NSW Health clinical and administrative employees and contractors.
Kimmaree Thompson has also worked with Royal Rehab Hospital for structural review, including international salary benchmarking and clinical experts consultation. Additional work with Royal Rehab Hospital included operational performance improvement project management for improvements and automation of the stores management process.
After over a decade based in Sydney and Byron Bay, during 2020 Kimmaree relocated back to Perth in Western Australia.
